Shipping and Returns

We take great care to ship your order as safe and as fast as possible! Products that are in stock are usually shipped with 1-2 working days. If the product is not in stock, then please contact our customer service for accurate delivery times.

We ship exclusively to countries within the European Union with a few exceptions. To see the countries that we ship to, please have a look at the country selection menu on the checkout page. If you country is not in this list, then unfortunately we cannot ship to you.

• Ireland - *€29,50
• Norway - *€75,00

We ship to more countries. To check the shipping cost for your country, please go to the checkout page and select your desired country. The page will then update to reflect the shipping cost for the selected country.

We usually ship with DPD although we reserve the right to use other carriers such as DHL or UPS.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the US, Canada or Australia.

Returns

Please note that FREE return are only available to customers that live in The Netherlands or Belgium. Customers from other countries are required to pay for the return order themselves unless the mistake made was ours. We will pay for the return in case we shipped a wrong or a defective product.

Return procedure

If you want to return your order, then please contact our customer service team with the following information.

• Your order reference and invoice number. You can find this information on your invoice.
• Your full name and email address. The email address must be the same as on your order
• Reason for return.

We will review the submitted request and get back to you with more information within 1-2 working days.
